Once the design criteria has been identified a planning permission stage is entered to identify cost. Meeting our clients’ expectations for design, detail and value is a top priority. This process allows you the home of your dreams within your chosen budget.
Custom Plans are then finalized by defining materials, finishes and additional options. Your construction schedule is established, the building loan is approved and your contract with Kearey Builders becomes a reality. You are ready for Ground Breaking!
Initial Grading on your land starts, and the perimeters of your home are identified and staked. The sediment and erosion controls are in place. Excavation for the foundation is followed by the foundation, with water and sewer pipes installed.
Home Construction does come in specific steps. Each Step is exciting and periodic walk throughs are scheduled to assure you are pleased with the construction process. Managers will work together with you to approve any change orders, so “no stone is left unturned”. We want every detail perfect for you. We will assist You in each step to guarantee consistency of design and adhere to your desired budget. From furnace to faucets we are there!
Once your dream home is complete and the keys are in your hands, we will make sure you understand the features and functions of each component. You can be assured we are still a part of your dream. Our contract provides a home warranty you can be comfortable with.
